What If You’re Not Satisfied With Our Response?
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you can request a second internal review.

If you remain dissatisfied after our internal review, you may choose to escalate your complaint to the Health Complaints Commissioner Tasmania – an independent body that handles complaints about health, disability, and aged care services in Tasmania.
