We are committed to providing safe, respectful, and high-quality care to all patients. Your feedback helps us improve our services.

🗣 How to Provide Feedback or Make a Complaint

We welcome all types of feedback — compliments, suggestions, or complaints.
You can contact us in any of the following ways:

  • In person: Speak to any staff member or ask to speak with the practice manager

We encourage you to raise any concerns as soon as possible so we can address them promptly.

🔍 What Happens After You Make a Complaint?

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 business days
  • Your concern will be reviewed by the appropriate staff
  • We aim to resolve all complaints within 5 working days
  • We will keep you informed of the outcome

If your concern requires more time to investigate, we will let you know and provide updates.

 

What If You’re Not Satisfied With Our Response?

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you can request a second internal review.

We will:

  • Acknowledge your request for a second review within [2] business days
  • Reassess your complaint and the original response
  • Provide you with a final outcome within [10] working days, where possible

 

🏛️ Still Not Satisfied? You Can Contact the Health Complaints Commissioner (Tasmania)

If you remain dissatisfied after our internal review, you may choose to escalate your complaint to the Health Complaints Commissioner Tasmania – an independent body that handles complaints about health, disability, and aged care services in Tasmania.
